I will not tweet a lot, and it will usually be just updates on what I am doing, where I am, if I have fainted (HA!), and fun things from the road. I WILL be testing it out for all followers on the Phoenix road trip starting next Monday...so if you want a virtual road trip with me, hop on board :)

Jonah- haha! Don't worry! I have a lot in common with one of my room mates. The other I haven't gotten to know quite as well yet, but once everything settles down after orientation, I'm sure we'll have more time for that.
ReplyDeleteKristen- I'm actually the opposite. I can't wait for classes to start! Orientation is good and all, but it's designed to keep us really busy, and I need more down time. That's just my personality.

Kelli- yeah, it's bigger than that. Haven't measured it, but we have plenty of room right now. My room mates brought A LOT more stuff than I did, though, and I'm just worried that they'll start getting cluttered and I'll go crazy. :(

Jovanna- Our orientation has been all kinds of crazy! We had a "play fair" it was the dumbest things but they were really fun and we met a lot of people during it!!

ReplyDeleteJovanna and Kristen- Can you believe we are in college?!?! Ahhh! I just got an email from my band professor that my band audtion has been moved up to Friday because of my oral surgery. I haven't started practicing, and I think my parents may look down on me playing at 6 in the morning. :(
ReplyDeleteSonja-I miss you!!! If you are going to the show today good luck! And that goes to all MSP members. Are you going to the show on Thursday? That is my last day to see Minnesota people untill around Christmas I'm pretty sure.
Jovanna-I'm sure they will learn to be clean if they aren't already. Dani and Erica have now learned that I am an extremly organized person in all aspects of life, except my actual bedroom. I have even taken over the guest bedroom with college stuff so I can organize it!!!
Steve-It was great to see you two days ago now. You are looking much better, and sounded like you were feeling much better even compared to the state fair. Now you and Jordan enjoy your little roadtrip and I will see you at my new site. (Strangely enough with all the floating I do, to be switching sites feels weird to me!)
Kelli - yeah, well, speaking of keeping clean, I've tried to bring it up two or three times with my room mates when we're going to be cleaning the bathroom and how often and in what order we'll do it. Neither of them even wants to think about it now. They basically just blow me off. And if it keeps up, I don't know whether I'll be cleaning it myself every time or just saying forget it. It's your hair in the bathroom (I obviously don't have any) so you clean it or live with it. Yeah, kind of in a bad mood about that right now.

ReplyDeleteKelli- NO I CAN'T BELIEVE WE ARE IN COLLEGE! I seriously never pictured myself living this long. But amazingly enough I did! There has been a lot of guy "drama" here. We all thought it would end in high school....but it does NOT. There is this guy here going from one girl to the next. But we (we being about 5 girls) took over, with the help of our "bodyguard/big brother, Brandon!!" We feel MUCH safer here with Brandon around!! :)

ReplyDeleteTo all college agers-Ahhhh I was just on the database and saw that my site has now been changed to Cedar Valley. You have no idea how scary it is to be going through looking for the shows you will be leading in a few days looking for Top of Iowa and all you see is Cedar Valley. This is soooooo weird!!!
Kelli- I know...that was like major epic fail...and I love that it's like 3 hours later and I am STILL here in the guys dorm...
